The 12th Board of Trustees Meeting was held on 29th September, 2023 in Thimphu, Bhutan. The Bhutan for Life transition fund is governed by an independent Board of Directors that represents the Bhutan for Life Participants (RGOB, donors, WWF) and includes Trustees with experience and skills relevant to Bhutan for Life Program. The transition fund Board is non-governmental in majority to ensure independent oversight of the Bhutan for Life Program.
The Board Meeting highlighted some of the achievements, program and financial updates and discussed issues and challenges faced during the implementation of the Bhutan for Life Program.
Board Members also launched few of the reports published under the Bhutan for Life Program by Nature Conservation Division, under the Department of Forest and Park Services who is the primary implementing Partner of Bhutan for Life Program.
