Mr. Kuenzang Tobgay

Mr. Kuenzang currently serves as the Senior Programme and Communications Officer since 2022. Prior to his current position, he worked as Program Coordinator under the Department of Macro-fiscal and Development Finance erstwhile Development Cooperation Division, under the Gross National Happiness Commission. He has more than 8 years experience in terms of Program Coordination, Project Management, Resource Mobilization, Donor Coordination , Policy formulation and communications under the international development organizations.

He was also the portfolio focal for the United National Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), Save the Children International, Green Climate Fund Readiness Projects, ICIMOD, UNESCAP, UNDESA, and SDG Fund in Bhutan.

He also served as the focal point for the coordination of GNH Commission meeting from 2020-2022 and took part in the RGoB’s Round Table Meetings.
