Ms. Nim Dem

Ms. Nim Dem serves as the ESS and GESI Officer at the Bhutan for Life Project Coordination Unit (BFL-PCU). She brings nearly a decade of professional experience in local governance, public administration, and community-level development.

Prior to joining BFL-PCU, she served as a Gewog Administrative Officer (GAO) at Tsakaling Gewog under Mongar Dzongkhag from March 2017 to September 15, 2026, gaining valuable experience in public service delivery, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sustainable Development from the College of Natural Resources, Punakha, graduating in 2016. In her current role, she contributes to strengthening environmental and social safeguards, promoting gender equality and social inclusion, and ensuring that conservation initiatives are implemented through inclusive, participatory, and environmentally responsible approaches.
